Misfits E4 series two ! Im pulling up a chair and get cozy for the next few weeks ! Yay !

I have been looking forward to the second series of misfits for what seems like ages ! I loved the 1st series and will be watching it religiously every week ! It really is one of the best things on TV for if not years, this year at least ! WooooaaHoooo ! Anyone else a bit addicted to the program?

Or is the true reality of this situation mean in-fact Im delusional and sad/boring here?

I read them but they aren't really spoilers, just teasers. I wonder if you can get misfits on sidereel? Have you watched true blood series three defineme?

oh my goodness!! i've just watched it on 4oD (thought this was a cunning plan...headphones in, laptop on lap and DS was happily playing oblivious to what i was up to ) and i'm actually pleased i didn't watch it last night. my heart's racing!!! blimey, what an episode!! agree, why didn't he wear a bullet proof vest? does this mean that when present simon gets to the age future simon was when he died, that present simon will die too? i get so confused with time travelling stories! reading the time traveller's wife was almost the end of me!

as for other shows we like... i haven't even heard of the ones you're talking about!

I have seen half of the first episode of season 3 and then it froze-I am not an expert at receiving torrents!I just watched the trailer for season 3 again-looks really good.Should I try side reel?

I have just been to the morning showing of Monsters and I can thoroughly recommend it to all Misfits fans-brilliant film combining a close encounters vibe with an indie style romance and a dig at American foreign policy. Both me and dh loved it-thank god for snow days!

Season 1 is quite cheap on dvd now-well worth a look if yoiu've not seen it.

No 4OD must track ISP or something, I watched all of season 1 and didn't even know season 2 had started, so missed it. I don't want to start in the middle.

just caught up with thursday night ep and it was the saddest ever, I was blubbing when simon died and also at how bave Alisha has become all of a sudden.

Quite like the teleporting girl, think she might fit in quite well with the gang.

Can't help looking at current simon in a different way now as he is gorgeous as future simon

Phew... Enjoyed that episode, but feel sad because it feels like all the loose ends are being tied up (haven't read the spoilers/teasers).

What were the superhero costumes? I recognised Nathan as mr Incredible. Was Alisha's from The Incredibles too? It looked familiar. It's really bugging me now!

Loved that tonight. But like you pumpupthevolume, I's sad that it is closing in now. I think they've done a really fab job at the new series. And the core actors are just amazing.. I don't like the look of next week though, not sure why. How many are there left? Next week isn't the last is it?

I also love being Human, and loved Press Gang.

love misfits too, but am now very confused after reading some of the posts.... When Simon was shot, does that mean he is now dead in the future. He must be, mustn't he? and also might have missed somthing but what is Alisha power?

Yes he must die at a future point, but I also think there will be a way that he doesn't actually die but maybe Alisha has to think he died. So maybe he had a bullet proof vest and flame proof suit on? Alisha makes anyone who touches her uncontrollably horny to the point where they would rape her so she can't touch anyone. Hence why it was something special that she could touch Simon.

but..if he doesn't die then there'd be two simons in the future, no? current simon and future simon. because current simon will eventually get to the same time that was current time for future simon

I wonder how simon time-travelled in the first place that isn't his power and hes not that old from the future so doubt that time-travelling has been invented yet.

I'm confused too - future Simon hinted that he was back to save Alisha - she asked if she dies and he says something about how he wont let that happen. So he's back to save her because they are in love in the future.

But if Alisha was meant to die by being shot by the computer guy (and future Simon knew that) then how did any of the falling in love stuff etc happen?

So err...what? I'm confused.

If she didn't die at that point (which she shouldn't have if she was meant to have fallen in love with Simon and been to Las Vegas together and stuff) why did Simon jump in front of the bullet to save her?

I'm not sure if I'm getting across what I mean.
