I think it's quite amusing. It's her little quirk.

It makes me want to puke. It's the smug face she does with it, as if to say, "I know, I KNOW you all love me, and I'm the people's princess."

Actually, I loved her before this series. It's the old story - a combination of too much exposure, the x factor becoming dull, Cheryl miming, none of the acts getting any real criticism, etc etc, all means I'm just bored with the lot of them and their smugness - not specifically Cheryl.

I agree that the X factor has jumped the shark.

My dh watched it for the first time ever on Saturday (has a cold and didn't want to move rooms like he normally does), he was shaking his fist at CC not saluting. I will not bore you with his insulting comments on her...

Mind you, there are some very odd suggestions on the Popjustice forum this week concerning the dodging of soap and personal hygiene in general.

I'm sure hd-what's-her-name-with-all-the-numbers will be along here with some cryptic suggestions again before long.
