Agree with you, hope the mid term elections go well, sad to see such a change in support over the last two years.

I'm fretting about the mid terms too - it's not looking good. I think it might be hideous for the Democrats.

Also worried about mid-terms, it's going to be a bit of a knee-jerk vote I think, which will probably not be an accurate reflection of the scale of the task that the Dems have had to do.

I haven't watched yet, we save up JS and watch a few in a row. Love it. He is so funny and so smart at the same time.

Just watched it, thought Obama was very good.

Watched this on Saturday. Thought Obama was very good too. I remain pretty well convinced by both his talk and his walk, so to speak. I feel for the Dems repeatedly being told they have achieved nothing when in reality they have passed healthcare and got the economy wheels starting to turn again (I know this doesn't help if you're still out of work), and when the things that have been blocked have been blocked by the very people who are whinging about everything.

I think on the whole the Dems have just not done a great job at communicating why what they're doing is important, and why it's not nothing, which it's not.

2 years is not enough time to clean up ALL of George Bush's errors.
