Took me a while to get into this, but love it now! "Tit gypsy" has to be one of the best insults ever.

Yep. Poor old Bib..how long until he snaps do you think?

I know! Quite moving to see a little snapshot of his relationship with his wife when she summoned him to the tent - don't know his name but he's a great comedy actor. Also loved his rendition of Jefferson Starship in the walk-in fridge!

I like this too. Big fan of Alan Davies. DH used to hate him but has come round since he's been consistently funny on IQ for the past umpteen episodes.

ok...thought I'd clicked onto the thread about Downton Abbey and got here by accident!

Thought i couldn't remember a character called 'Bib' or the 'tit gypsy' insult . Alan davis being in it was the giveaway though...I'm in the wrong thread

Back to the period drame thread.....but I think I might try watching this show now....

I also loved the tit gypsy insult. Isy Suttie as Kiki always makes me laugh too. I saw her do stand up earlier this year and she was really good.

As for a "tit gypsy" insult in Downton Abbey, i'm sure Maggie Smith would be able to pull it off wonderfully.
