Saw an advert for a new ITV drama premiere and cant remember the name of the programme!

Was round my parents house today and my Grandma was watching the telly and I briefly saw an advert for a new programme about a new mother who gives birth to a baby boy and she and her partner live with his parents and it seems as if the MIL is all crazy and trying to isolate the mother and keep the baby away from her. Or she could be crazy and dangerous herself and the MIL is just trying to protect the baby?

Ive tried googling it but apart from a photo of the young blonde woman holding a newborn on the ITV website I cant find anything to say what it is called!

Please let there be someone here who knows what the hell im going on about!

It's called 'The little House'. The book is fabulous, I will be watching.

Oh yes, is it by Philippa Gregory? I remember trying to read this book when dd was born, but I just found it too disturbing when I had a little baby myself!

Didnt realise it was a book, might have a trip to the library tomorrow.

The book is excellent, read it years ago do go to the library and read it before watching it on itv, wonder when its on?

It's the Little House. The book is fantastic. I read it in one session when my dd was tiny. Hope the drama is as good.

Of course it will only be "little" in TV drama terms.

And I bet there will be a lot of fairy lights on the stairs...
