I can't think of one yet but I'm trying!

A picnic blanket with a drawstring round the outside so you can just pile all your crap/wet clothes/toys/food on it then scoop it up in a bundle and take it home at the end of the day. Sort it out at your leisure!

An arm that clips to the side of your sunbed, and on the arm you clip a shelf to put your book and drink on.

Some sort of lightweight easy assemble garish design your own flag / stick / wavy type thing so you can spot where you are on the beach easily when you go for a swim. Good for kids too when they are old enough to wander off themselves.
