ridiculous programme (but v watchable in a macabre way)

i thought exactly the same about her balking at wearing the fur coat - it was by far the most innocuous outfit of all!

there are always 2 outfits that make them look like hookers.

They must all lack self-confidence as faced with those clothes, I'd say 'Oi, blonde bint, are you taking the pi$$ or what'.

or perhaps you just couldn't take the fact that you're a THREAD KILLING FISH
TKF for short

aloha · 08/09/2005 21:16

Um, really really ashamed to let you down o fishy one, but I found it so v v silly that I didn't watch it (and I think it is on at peak breastfeeding time, dammit, so have to keep sound down low which spoils everything except repeats of Property Ladder)
I did see a giant woman dressed all in yellow mortifying her small daughter in the school playground. She looked EXACTLY like Big Bird. Don't know Angela Buttolph (what a deeply unfortunate name, don't you think) but she was a really not that good or illustrious journo and am AMAZED she is now telly presenter of such a silly programme. It's quite mad, though, isn't it? People truly will do anything to be on telly. Ridiculous premise. Looking nicer does change people (see Trinny & Susannah) but looking like a giant Muppet is not quite the same thing IMO.
