Series in which Victoria Stillwell, an experienced animal behaviourist, attempts to improve the conduct of Britain's most unruly dogs. Victoria meets Karen Holder, whose six dogs are out of control. This is like Little Angels for dogs, brilliant fun! I was shocked that the woman had 6 dogs and didn't bother walking them! She kind of looks like the dogs too (in an owner resembling pet way not that she was a dog!)

RTKangaMummy · 09/09/2005 11:15

Deffo she looked like a dog herself

well noticed

Couldn't believe it when i saw it and her poor son!! I can't believe she has 6 dogs. And she never took them for a walk in 2 years, did anyone find out why???

RTKangaMummy · 09/09/2005 11:22

she didn't seem to think she should take them for a walk

i see, poor dogs.

RTKangaMummy · 09/09/2005 11:33

even after the woman had told her

she seemed reluctant to do it until the behaviour woman cme a 2nd time and told her off

In the end she did take them all out.

Mind you I was NOT impressed with how the behaviour woman held the lead of the bigger dogs

We were taught that you should put right wrist through the loop and hold in right hand and then have the lead going accross the body and hold the lead in the left hand further down the lead iyswim

Then you have control of the dog

That lady's son is going to be outta her house like a shot as soon as he finishes school. I know I would be.

She didn't have an excuse for not taking those dogs a walk, b/c who wants to admit to being a lazy, disgusting slob?

She definitely isn't playing w/a full deck. I don't blame her neighbours for complaining about all the noise.

In some councils, it's illegal to keep more than 4 dogs in such a setting.

TwoIfBySea · 09/09/2005 22:34

RTKanga that is what I was taught as well! I didn't notice how she was holding the lead though.

It isn't like those dogs would have taken much of a walk anyway, not like she had to get up at 6.30 am for a 4 mile trek!
