I just LOVE Police Interceptors

Mainly because I live in Basildon and they are always round here seemingly. Honestly I want to reach out and slap the stupid suspects round the head sometimes and say "just tell the truth - they already know everything anyway regarding your "no tax/insuance/dodgy plates".

Just watching them on Five or Fiver or something.

I love the clever & inventive nicknames the coppers give themselves:

Smithy (PC Smith)
Dave-o (PC David Someone-or-other)

I know a few coppers and they're all the same

I counted this morning. I have 16 episodes recorded on my BT Vision box .

Oh it's fab.... "you've just bought the vehicle sir, I see......."

DH is a copper. His nickname is Junior Jim. Because years ago another copper worked in the same station who was much older but looked a bit like dh and his name was Jim. DH refuses to answer to it.

I can't bear police shows when dh is around. Sits wittering about PACE (eh?) and bills and laws and 'that wouldn't happen' and 'his uniform is incorrect' and 'the other day.....' Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.
