It's not Roxy's pub anymore. She signed it over to Peggy who signed it over to Phil. Alfie has leased it from him and the insurance will pay the refurb.

The coats are deliberate to link them with their characters previously.

I hate Alfie Moon, I really find him irritating and pointless. I wish he wasn't back in the show. I like Kat though :)

He had to come back. It would have made a mockery of their happy ever after. He's alright in small doses.

Loved them before but now Alfie seems too contrived and Kat just annoying. Also I think we've reached saturation with old characters coming back. Ricky and Bianca were already limit!

Yes, they mentioned that she had called and said she was giving the pub to Phil, was a few days after she went.
