As fun as an FA Cup-style selection would be, they have to match partners as well as they can by height.

Gavin, Ann and Paul Daniels all looked terribly wooden.

Pamela Stephenson seemed to be having a ball and Jimi Mistri could do well. Without seeing much dancing I'd expect Michelle to do well.

Catching up on recorded programme. Relieved to see Ian's still there even if he is only doing the pro dances. Thought he'd said he wasn't doing it. Some of the pros need an Oscar for their acting skills, particularly Ola. Have yet to decide what I think about the new dancers (only seen the men). The Russian and American seem okay but not keen on the other one. I know they have to be confident but he seemed really full of himself.

Shall finish watching later.

I was secretly hoping that Brendan would get Widders. Can't believe he got Michelle Williams. Loving Felivcity and Vincent, and I think Kara and Artem are going to be v good. So disappointed that Matt got the moody red head. I wanted him to have Flavia or Erin.
