..what an idiot! He talks total crap and contradicts himself all the time! He's also extremely annoying! Anyone else think the show is totally about humiliating these desperate girls for entertainment and not really about finding a model?!

Sorry? What did you think it was about? Anybody who is going to be a model is ALREADY a model by that age. I find it highly entertaining, it's harder to imagine a bigger collection of pretty stupid people anywhere. As for Julian MacDonald, I luuuurve him--he used to be a judge on Project Catwalk (whatever happened to that show?) and I think there was a lot more scope for his wacky comments there.

Between him and Liz Hurley, Project Runway was a hoot!! He certainly has his favourites ...

They are a bit more promising on this show than on the American version, where they are all over 20.

I used to love PC and he was fab on that.
I think it was cancelled taco - prob only us who used to watch it.

I hate the way they are supposed to be oh so humble - its hideous, they are encouraged to say that they don't mind being in pain or uncomfortable or humiliated or embarrased and in fact embrace and endure it. URGH.

Maize that is totally reflective of the fashion industry though.

Models are literally treated like pieces of meat, expected to pose in whatever they're given to wear, to follow a random styling person's directions and 'concept' all the while hearing their physique being analysed as if they weren't in the room.
If they don't like it there are hundreds of girls prepared to take their place.
