I just watched 13 ghosts having had it on sky plus for ages.

I have just crapped my pants Blush

Really wanst a good idea to watch it alone, as DH is out.

But he doesnt like horror films anyway so i had no choice Sad

Anyone seen it??

Although this isnt the worst horror i have seen it still made me scream in places.

I think saw 3 is the worst film i have seen i couldnt even finish it and have never nor want to see any of the others

Paranormal Activity could be a bit freaky if you believe in that sort of thing not sure I'd want to watch it on my own...but watched it with my niece and we found it funny and a bit predictable!

Scariest film I ever saw was Omen3 but i was only 7!

midlandsmumof4 · 22/08/2010 17:51

Love a good horror film-thought 13 ghosts was OK. Hostel 1 & 2 beats its hands down-sick.

thelunar66 · 22/08/2010 18:11

Scariest - The Ring... that really freaked me out, and I don't scare easy.

Closely followed by Thirty Days Of Night, which has the most realistic, totally evil vampires ever (none of yer soft twilight poncey vamps).

Doodleydoo · 22/08/2010 18:24

Bit sick 13 Ghosts, scariest film I have ever seen was Amityville Horror (original) when I was 12. Freaked me out for years, to the point I now don't feel scared by horror films.

Although I didn't particularly like GhostShip - had a pretty grim bit at the beginning with wire - am not too keen on anything with people being cut in half by wire/barbed wire etc in recent films as it is all a bit gross.

Didn't much like Wrong Turn either..... or Dead End....

ArseHolio · 22/08/2010 18:30

Have you seen Event Horizon ? That always freaks me the fuck out.

13 Ghosts is scary too.

I dont like horrors though and am a wimp. I tried watching Saw once and it disturbed me for weeks :(

Doodleydoo · 22/08/2010 19:14

Child's play was a little freaky if you had a cabbage patch doll - or actually baby annabelle or baby bjorn for that matter..

thelunar66 · 22/08/2010 22:33

Oooh... just remembered a REALLY SCARY ONE

Candyman [argh]

Blondeshavemorefun · 22/08/2010 22:55

the strangers freaked me out

TwoIfBySea · 23/08/2010 20:39

It is when the fireworm is coming down the mountain and he is outside of the barricade trying to get to the child - why does that scare the utter hell out of me. I purposefully didn't watch it because I knew I'd end up sleeping with the light on - big wuss!
