It's Mark Gatiss from League of Gentlemen, he also has a directing credit or somesuch - I've only seen the first ep so far but it's fantastic!

I tried to watch the credits but annoyingly they went all tiny didn't they?

I also tried to read the credits! He kept on looking like Ant & Dec with all his facial changes. He was freaky.

ooh this is annoying! I've tried to google it but to no avail... is it a conspiracy? I agree with the face changing thing belgo - I can usually spot an actor from a mile off, but it's like his face was morphing from one minute to another - I just couldn't get a handle on it!
