The blonde girl was depressingly media influenced. I think the editors of things like Nuts magazine should be forced to see what they are doing to the self esteem of young girls.

So, a person gets beyond obese and then gets NHS funding for: bariatric surgery, tummy tuck, further surgeries for the skin, tit job.

I don't think i mind the reconstructive surgery so much but i think she should be made to wait for at least 2 years following her arrival at a target weight.

The boobd jobs in general are such a vivid display of just how fucked up we are as a society about how we veiw beauty.
