This is my guilty pleasure too - I love the clash of cultures and watching the ladettes bring down their guards and start respecting themselves throughout the series. I think Rosemary Schrager and the head are fab and are definitely the 'cruel to be kind' camp - they have a softer side and as long as the girls are trying to change they say the right things. My favourite is the head when she says 'disgusting' - you could not be in any doubt that she is disgusted! I don't like the ettiquette teacher though, she just calls the girls names like 'slut' as if that's going to help them. Man, I think about this programme on too deep a level!
