Anyone watch One Tree Hill?

OK so I am a couple of eps behind but has it been explained where Lucas and Peyton are or have I missed something? I know the actors wanted too much money in rl but how has their absence been explained?

And why has no-one noticed that evil Dan has written a self-help book, married Rachel and got his own TV show???

It's all been a bit of a mess i think. Lucus and Peyton are in LA i think but its not really been explained (or i missed it) and the dan thing is weird too. In next weeks episode it shows Brooke slapping Rachel but i can't remember what Rachel did to Brooke. I still religiously watch it though

I've only recently got into it and am loving it.... I watched most of the last series then started with the new one on E4.

For some reason I thought it was that model Brooke was slapping, not Rachel. Not sure of the Rache's history

IIRC Rachel did some modelling for Brooke but got into drugs so Victoria fired her. She then turned up asking for help and Brooke let her stay. I think Victoria then gave her some money and chucked her out but told Brooke that Rachel had stolen the money and done a runner.

I still love it but it is not quite the same without Lucas and Peyton. Enjoying the Nathan love child story - do you think he did it?
