yay i am sort of watching - saw rimmer get silver earlier tonite.

Our 8 year old DS is enjoying watching this, he has made an athletics track out of lego and been doing high and long jumps in the garden today

aw sweet I always try and get mine interested in anything like this.This year DS and I really loved the whole Wimbledon fortnight.

we're just Sport mad here and DCs getting that way too .......

Hoping that my DC will be encouraged and fly the flag one day!

It really annoys me about the relays - especially the commentators saying the athletes should practice more.
I like to think they do, this is their career after all!
