Lynn/Oscar in neighbours???

Can someone tell me why Oscar, Lynns son doesnt live with her anymore.
I missed about a months worth of episodes when she came back.

I'm not too sure. He lives with his dad and she went back to get him but he wants to stay with his dad.

At least she mentions him. Unlike her other three children who have officially disappeared off the face of the earth.

Oh yes, I'd forgotten she had other girls apart from Steph.

And a boy. She has 5 kids in total. 3 of which don't exist anymore.

Isn't Oscar younger than Steph's Charlie? Before she went to try to get him they had her talking onthe phone to him a lot then when she came back I seem to remember her going on about how he had a nice school and lots of friends yet surely he is too young to be at school, to really have firm friends and to make much sense on the phone

I'm pretty sure I watched Neighbours on mat leave and Oscar was a similar age to dd who is nearly 7.

Oscar doesn't live with her, I think, because officially her character left, and they've just brought her back for a short period of time (I HOPE!!) so haven't written Oscar back in. I imagine it's easier than having another child actor on set. So there is no reason as such, it's just convenient.

That's my guess, anyway.

I have googled. YOu are right, Oscar is around 7. Why on Earth did I have it in my head that Steph and her mother were pg at the same time?
