sky hd - quick help - is it just ours that's not working right?

I can't get BBC or ITV - all other channels are fine.

Anyone else? or is it just us?

Mummyinthedark, is it okay now? What message was coming up on screen or what were you seeing?

Sometimes with HD boxes doing a quick planner rebuild sorts the problem but it would depend on the symptoms.
