OK not quite teenaged, but close (11.5) and wanting advice from anyone who's been there done that...
Unbeknown to dd I have her email account password (and her facebook one, but she knows I have that - was a condition of me allowing her to have FB).
Most of her emails are the 'Send this to 10 people and you'll have good luck for the rest of the year' type crap.
But every so often one appears from one of her supposed best friends who has done a circular email along the lines of ' is so annoying and I hate her'. One or two on the circulation list might reply 'yeah she is', then so called good friend forwards the email string to dd.
Normally dd and this friend get on very well - they live near each other and this friend often calls to see if dd is free.
The specific issue is what do I do? DD doesn't know that I know her password, also both girls will be going to secondary school together in September, so this isn't going to be an issue which drops.
Or will it - do they grow out of this sort of stuff?
Thanks for any advice - really not sure how to deal with this - and not looking forward to the next few year!
