"Sly" bullying of DD12

DD is in Y7 and has been subject to some bullying. Some has been snide remarks which she pretty much ignores, but last couple of incidents involved forcing open her locker, emptying her bag (had to be put in bag box in technology room) and stealing from her pencil case. We have no proof who the culprit is but have a fairly good idea. She was friends with a girl for a while until she came for a sleepover here and was accessing porn late at night on computer, so DD has cut contact. DD got herself into a right state last night and off today with stomach ache. In hindsight shouldn't have let her stay home. Any ideas please what to do next?

Having gone through a period of my DS (13) being bullied you must must document everything that happens to her and tell the school. Our bullied son has now gone completely haywire and I really wish that I had documented everything that happened to him which would go part way to explaining his behaviour.

Agree with the others, no question. Make an appointment with the appropriate person - tutor, head of house, headteacher or whoever and explain the whole situation. Maybe put it all down in writing before you go in so everything is documented.

I've spoken to her tutor teacher, so he's aware of what is going on and is monitoring the situation. Hadn't realised about documenting it so will do that thanks.
