Weekend bed time for 13 yr old DD?

At the moment she goes upstairs at 9.30pm and lights go out at 10pm. She tells me her friends all go to bed whenever they like at weekends. It this true?!

My thirteen year old goes to bed at nine thirty Sunday to Thursday and when she likes on a Friday and Saturday. She never goes up to bed later than us though and we would usually go up around 11 ish on the weekend. I don't mind on weekends as its not like she is up at the usual six thirty the next day.
