DD15 has been suffering from PMS for the last few months, period started 3 years ago but only became more regular lately. I read that calcium may help. Can she take it? Has anyone got any particular recommendations of which one?

She is taking wellteen girl and this month wasn’t as bad as last month but still experienced some of the symptoms so thinking of adding calcium.

I was going to start her on evening primrose oil but read on mumsnet that some people had bad experience with it.

The evening primrose oil with starflower has helped DD. As has improving diet and more exercise. No idea about calcium though.

Thank you. Which one does she take?

There is an old thread about some people who reacted badly to evening primrose oil

Vitamin B super complex may help.
Lindemans available on Ebay. Green & white packet.

Can I ask what symptoms your daughter is having? Mine is also 15, started her periods 2 years ago and fairly regular with the odd irregularity.
Is lightheadedness a symptom?
