There’s several main strains, it’s not as simple as saying vaccinate because not all strains have an effective vaccine, that said taking the one that’s offered free of charge to all U.K. teens would be a good starting point, apparently uptake is only in the mid 60 percent here. The men b vaccine is difficult because it isn’t as effective and lasts a far shorter duration so it’s a case of timing and boosters potentially.
