Hi All
I have a 15 (nearly) 16 year old teen boy. To say he is a heavy sleeper is an understatement. He really struggles to drop off but once he’s gone, he’s gone! He sleeps through multiple alarms and very often it takes me physically shaking him for him to wake up.
I keep seeing wristbands that vibrate being advertised as a more reliable way of waking deep sleepers and several seem aimed specifically at teens. Has anyone tried one of these? Are they any good? Or is it another gimmick that im going to waste money on
