My 13 year old daughter wants/needs therapy. Online would be easier as it would be better in English and we live abroad. Has anyone used this website for their kids and if so would you recommend it (it’s 240 euros a month so I want to be sure before taking a leap)? Thanks!

I’ve never heard of it. I wouldn’t sign up to something with a monthly fee. If you look at UKCP, BACP etc, you can enter a contract with a therapist she wants to talk to directly rather than through a platform that will “match” you and pay for the sessions that way. Some won’t work with overseas clients, but many will.

Absolutely not. Do not touch it with a barge pole.

You need someone who is registered with a professional body so you have something to complain to if there's an issue. They should be trained to work with children. A good therapist will have had their own personal therapy so they're not passing on, or working through the lens of their own issues. They will also have ongoing supervision so they have a peer to talk to to make sure they're working appropriately. They will have hundreds of hours of clinical experience. Ideally they will have worked/still work in the NHS so you know they have a substantial and valuable qualification.

I would recommend finding a ACP registered child/adolescent psychoanalytic psychotherapist who'd be willing to see your DD via video call or on the phone.
