Young people say new driving rules are condescending and expensive
Life is stacked against young people, and now driving too being made expensive.
I cycle, bike and drive. As I understand biking was a rite of passage in the 60s and then it slowly disappeared due to insurance. We are doing the same with driving.
We will pay the price.
