My son keeps calling me a 6 7. I do not understand. Is this rude? Someone please tell me! I only have facebook so this may be a tik tak thing? I need support through this haha.

I’ve noticed people selling personalised Christmas items with this on too so also interested to know.

It doesn’t mean anything really, just kids being silly. There was a video of the Prime Minister doing the little dance/hand movement this week when he was visiting a school so I’m pretty sure the kids will drop it now…

It means absolutely nothing, it's not rude (though if your DS is quite young he may think it is) it's just something to say. Supposed to make you appear in with the kids/different to adults.
I was at church youth group with my DS and all the kids were trying to work it into every conversation, but I think it might be on its way out.

The 6-7 thing came from an American Basketball player, when asked what height he was!

It’s YouTube, honestly it’s starting to drive me mad. My 6 year old daughter won’t stop saying 67 either. Just constantly and randomly she will walk past me and do a wierd hand thing and go “SIX SEVENNNN” I have no idea of the actual meaning but I don’t think it’s rude. I’ve tried to ban her so many times but it’s impossible she has adhd and starts acting psycho when I turn it off 😂 I can’t cope ffs
My husband started panicking and started claiming she was watching Satan videos lmao but I know she’s not as I do watch what she’s watching as its open plan so I’m literally watching it too it’s just the same crap all the other kids are watching don’t get me started about ballerina cappuccina

Now we know where it comes from, whenever she say SIX SEVEN shout back FIVE EIGHT (or whatever your height is) and FOUR TWO ( her height) she’ll soon give up.

OP, you and your husband need to calm right down. ‘Six seven’ is an annoying kids’ meme, not a Satanic code.

It's not rude or satanic and as others have said it came from some basketball playing saying his height was 6 7.

I'm a teacher abroad in a non-English speaking country and it's even reached the first class of the primary school here (6 year olds).

I decided I would start doing it all the time, including the silly hand movements and I totally exaggerated it. That stopped it after a couple of days because a really old woman (in their eyes) doing it made it instantly uncool.

If the prime minister is doing it then it is definitely uncool.
