Hi, I want to buy daughter a new phone but she's already on EE and I share my data.
Anyone know if this is possible?
I looked at articles ( as no customer service help email or phone) and it's says you have to buy a contract but cancel it straight after..can anyone help as nervous to do this.
Thanks you!

Buy outright but second hand.

You just need to buy a £10 plan which you can get as a monthly rolling, so no contract. It tells you this on the page where you choose the phone.

I always buy refurbished nearly-new phones from giffgaff. They are supplied unlocked so you can put any sim from any network into them.

I want to buy a Google Pixel 9 and no refurbished ones unfortunately.
I will have a look at that @weerickythanks!

My three always buy theirs from Backmarket. Never had any issues with them and they have loads of models.

So I bought the a Google Pixel 9a (same as my phone) with Gifgaf but annoyingly had to pay outright (on credit card) as they wouldn't accept the monthly Klana payments. It was literally half the price anywhere else. Couldn't have even got a refurbished one from elsewhere the same price. I gather as long as I don't activate the sim I won't have to pay for the plan, so bingo! Thanks everyone
