fed up of teenagers

Who else is on the verge of a nervous breakdown with my 2 teen boys both SEN 14 & 16. Help!!!!

Me. 2 DD* 14 & 17. Today has not been a good day.

All they do is argue and fight, hormones and attitudes, I need a break. I'm ready to leave home it's hard doing it on your own

I’m really sorry - I have no wisdom, only solidarity. I’m f’ing sick of it too.

Its hard isn’t it. teens are hard anyway, add SEN into the mix and it’s a double whammy 😩 I’m also pretty sure I’m ND myself so like the blind leading the blind trying to parent them effectively.

It’s just all giving and getting very little, if anything, in terms of love, patience, empathy etc back.
