I used to LOVE my little lace fingerless gloves! DD has some now!

Strangely DD's school-to-be rules say no make-up 11-16 but natural foundation is allowed.

Personally I'd rather see a small amount of eyeliner and lippy than foundation.

Do you think they allow foundation so that the girls can cover up spots?

Make up is banned in theory at dd's school but not enforced. DD wore so much eye make up in yr 8 she looked like an extra from a buster keaton film . A lot more subtle now thank goodness - either the novelty has worn off or she's realised less is more. (Of course she looks better without, its old bags like me who could do with a bit of slap.)
