Skincare in teen boy

My son is nearly 14 and just started to suffer from breakouts. He doesn’t squeeze spots but if they end up drying out and scabbing he picks the head off until it scars. I’ve tried cera ve anti-blemish wash and treatment. Does anyone recommend anything else? He is clean, he’ll shower and wash his face without much fuss. Thanks 🙂

Go to a pharmacy and ask for duac once daily, go can also prescribe this. It's amazing!

La Roche Posay Cicaplast Balm

I've recently started using this and it's great for clearing up skin.

For acne scars, I started using African dudu soap. I just read about it a few years ago when at uni and really struggling and it did wonders for me! Very underrated.

Body shop tea tree facial wash, body wash and shampoo - works a treat.

My son uses this and it's fantastic. Used twice a day makes a big difference

My son has started using this soap from Wylder Naturals and his skin is so much clearer. He's sort of stumbled on it by accident.

Mine use Cerave - there’s one for blemish control. Might be a coincidence but when we run out they get spots but none when using it. DS even commented at much. There’s also a green one for normal/oily skin which is also very good.
