Should I cancel my sons friends for NYE

My don was asked to stay Ruth my daughter at a gig tonight that their music club where holding at a Working man's club she is only 13 he left her and s friend.
I am furious should I cancel his friends coming round tomorrow as a punishment. I know it sounds awful but I stated do not leave her and I told her if he goes you need to let be know and I will pick you up.
I feel there was no respect on what I said

That seems reasonable to me. You gave him explicit instructions concerning his sisters safety and he chose to ignore them. Perfectly reasonable consequence to his actions.

Id ask him to explain his actions and go from there. Was she in an unsafe situation? Were adults there supervising? I get where you're coming from but it isn't good for anyone to start the new year on a negative note. Good luck.

I think it was your or her Dad's job to supervise her tbh. I wouldn't rely on a teenager brother who is probably only just old enough to at a working men's club.

How old is your Son? Presumably the music club had adult chaperones there?
