It seems such a shock when they all of a sudden seem to grow up in the blink of an eye, doesn't it?

A couple of weeks ago DS1 (13) went on a school trip to France for a week. When I collected him on his return, even in that short time he had matured so much, both physically and socially. I could really see a big difference in him.

DS2 is 12, and still my baby - although I'm sure that will soon change!

A belated Happy Birthday to Noddyholder's ds !

I know exactly how you feel as my ds is 14 this month too. In my head he is still my little boy but the reality is that he looks like a bloke now - he's bigger and stronger than me and has hairier legs than me !
