18 nosebleeds in one week: Roaccutane side effects

DS has been suffering really badly from nosebleeds. Most last a few minutes tops, but occasionally, they can last for 15 minutes. Tbf, he was already prone to nosebleeds, but not this much. He has been taking Roaccutane for 4 weeks.

He has sensory issues due to his autism. I can manage to persuade him to put Vaseline on with assistance when at home, but it's not happening in school.

The dermatologist said to use a saline spray. Is there a brand that you would recommend?

Also, while I am here, I would like to ask about a suitable moisturiser. Can you recommend a really light one, please, due to his sensory issues.

On the plus side, his acne is clearing up nicely.

Saline spray is saline spray. Any brand is fine. DD loves Ren Evercalm moisturiser, as well as Avene Cicalfate (which is thick but more suitable for dry Accutane skin in my opinion)
