Conscious my child may has Screen Induced Dopamine Deregulation. Is this common?

What behaviour is your child exhibiting that is suggesting of dopamine deregulation?
Are ou are worried your child / young person is spending too much time on a screen? If they are a young teen get parental controls in place. If they are 16+ change your Wi-Fi setting and don't fund their phone so they have to get a job to pay for data.
If your child / young person is definitely exhibiting signs of dopamine deregulation you'll need proper medical help.
