Holy grail of winter jacket for DD16?

Hi, can anyone share any bright ideas for a winter jacket for teen DDs which is acceptable to both their sheep like fashion style and my budget/weatherproof requirements?

Lots of teens round here wearing these 2 colour block north face jackets, my kids like them, so I thought great, then found out they are £300 wtaf!

Could anyone suggest anything similar? Has to be relatively functional (20 min walk to school, cold and wet northern climate)
Acceptable by teens!
Ideally sub £150??

How about giving the problem (and the money) to your children and letting them sort themselves out with jackets for winter? One less thing for you to think about, and probably a massive learning opportunity (one way or another) for them.

JD seem to have some coats that match that brief!

Arcteryx is a popular brand (and my son is extremely brand and style conscious) but also pretty pricey, however we found a decent jacket on Vinted for £140.

Plenty of affordable functional options but can't help with the branding, my dc wore mountain warehouse at that age as they favoured warm and dry

Thanks all. @rzb we've all been looking but none of us really getting anywhere, which is why I thought I'd ask here.
They don't have access to online shopping so it would be me buying anyway.
We've always just done decathlon cheap and cheerful, but I'm happy to invest up to a point as eldest will hopefully take this to uni next winter too.

If you’re on Facebook there’s a page called more stories that do absolutely amazing quality fakes, I got my daughter a monclair jacket last year for e140 (I’m in Ireland) they’re Chinese site so delivery takes a while but prices are in uk sterling. Quality was perfect and they do north face too!

My son buys branded stuff like that on depop or vinted.

Yes I just need to start us all on vinted I think! I buy cheaper things from there but I'm always a bit nervous of bigger ticket items!
