Anyone's DC had an interview at JD Sports?

Hi,

My almost 17 year old has an interview this week at JD Sports and he's really nervous. It's a group interview it says and he/we don't know what kind of things he'll be asked.

If any of your DCs have had interviews at JD or similar type places it would be great if you could pass any advice along.

I'm NHS which has a particular interview style, plus haven't had an interview for what feels like a hundred years!

I've got a really nervous DC who really wants to work and earn some money so all advice/tips much appreciated :-)

Not JD but for recent retail interview asked about customer service also when he had ever received good or bad service himself - examples. Also teamwork. Obviously good to have visited a store before, plus done bit of research on company. My son also thought about how to deal with tricky customer, but wasn't asked.

I just couldn't think what they might ask a room full of (I assume) 16/17/18 year olds many of which probably haven't worked before.
