Worried about teenage DS (16)

My son recently turned 16, he decided to drop out of school and start college (4 days a week) he then started working 2 jobs simultaneously. (20 hours a week all together) and on the nights he isn't working hes socialising, doing some extra curricular activity or odd jobs to earn more money.
I worry that he's doing to much and will soon get burnt out. I've spoken to him however he doesn't like letting people down so is unlikely to say no to things.
I just worry about his wellbeing but perhaps it's time to let him make his own choices... does anyone else have a similar experience with a teenage child?
Thanks, Cath

I think it’s fine as you said he is only working 20hrs a week whilst in college.
I would have a chat with him and say that if his grades drop, he really should quit one of the jobs.

My DD always thrived when she had a lot going on . Could your son be the same? In my experience some 16 have a lot of energy and motivation for things that they chose to do.
