Teens and women dominating you

Teens and women (not all) but the queen bees seem to dominate me.

I was pretty fiesty. Then I've tried to be much nicer and less aggressive all that's happened is that other queen bees/ teens then dominate

I'm left with nothing.

Is this normal? Or am I unlucky with my teen and my female family?

You might need to explain your problem a bit more clearly before people can help.

I have a series of women in the family and my teen and my MIL who are great at passive aggressive domination. On everything.

And they manage to dominate me.

Otherwise it's constant bickering.

I used to do the constant bickering. Now I've stopped and they carry on so they dominate you.

Do other people have this?

How do you cope?

How do you fight back to women that are dominating you?

Same as you would fight back a man surely ?

Make them listen to what you do. Ie. Do what you think is right even if they disagree. Then if they ask why you didn't discuss it with them first just say because you wouldn't have listened to me. Then crack on. They'll soon fall into line. Your teen will hopefully realise which side her bread is buttered on and your MIL will retreat.
