Hi my dd will be 18 soon so her travel zip card will expire ? Is there a student travel card ?

Is she at 6th form/college?
Because I think it doesn't expire until the end of the academic year.
My daughter's 11 - 16 one expires the September after she is 16 not on her 16th birthday.
Check the date on the card.

It's usually valid until the end of the academic year
After that if still studying in London 18+ Student Oyster photocard - Transport for London (tfl.gov.uk)

Or if not studying you can buy a 16-25 railcard and add the discount to a normal Oyster card - National Railcard discounts - Transport for London (tfl.gov.uk)
Discount is for off peak travel only and not buses

Thankyou for your replies she’s 6th form just check it expires in sept .Ill look into the student card
