Not really a massive issue in the whole scope of all things teenagey...... but how long between haircuts does your teen son go. My son doesn't like these trendy longer locks at the front look as it always goes fluffy and bouffant but also doesn't like the fade in look either so he goes for a comb over with a shaved line and a 1 and a half back and sides but it literally grows overnight and I am finding that he needs to have it done every 4 weeks. We could go 6 weeks before but his hair just seems to grow super quick it is costing a fortune and if he doesnt have it done regularly the top bit is too long and loses its shape.

Is this a hormonal thing soes hair grow quicker as they get older. He is 15.

Every 3-4 weeks for my eldest he is 16 and likes it short (he is big into athletics and hates the way it feels if longer.

The youngest has the floppy hair thing going on and is everything 7-8 weeks.

I think males do tend to get their hair cut once a month. I always used to think barbers were cheap compared to what I pay for mine however it works out the same as they’re there so often!

Once a month for our 15 year old, he has very thick fast growing hair. It’s £24 a time!

Once a month indeed for the sleeker, shorter looks. My two teens have the floppy longer look with short back and sides so they go 6 to 7 weeks but it does look wild by then generally !!
