Accused of using AI

Hi my dd 18yo and in year 13 at college has been told that her last assignment was 40% AI.

Dd is so upset, she wrote the assignment herself and spent a lot of time on it.

Has anyone else had this happen? It feels really unfair as I'm not sure how dd can prove it's her own work.

When she asked her tutor for examples they were quite non specific and mentioned the assignment just seemed better than her last one

Dd feels like they're asking her to write a less good assessment!
