How do you reward your teen?

He just got his 3rd head teacher award at senior school (in y7!)

How do you randomly reward your teen I'm just curious

Depends. My son also year 7.

Sometimes I'd just say well done, sometimes he gets to pick some sweets, sometimes he will get to pick what we are having for tea, sometimes (rarely) he will get to pick a takeaway.

Depends. If it is something totally unexpected and confident boosting we do something bigger like last minute tickets for something.

Otherwise, maybe going out for dinner or a big dessert or cake.

It can also be just a "really well done, proud of you" thing.
