Has anyone managed to replace a lost Oystercard? TFL are REALLY giving me the runaround!

Ds lost his Oystercard, and I can't seem to get TfL to tell me how to get him another one. I have rung the helpline countless times, and left my number, but they don't ring back; finally I spoke to someone on the Helpline who told me to go to the Post Office; I did that, gave in the form; now I've had a letter back saying it can only be done online or via the Helpline. But the Helpline can't tell me how to get a replacement!

Has anyone succeeded in this? Or know any dept of TfL which knows its left hand from its right?

Ds is 14, btw, so entitled to free travel.

Hi, mine are always losing theirs! You're better off actually hanging on the phone to speak to someone at TFL, the first time my son lost his they sent us a free replacement, we didn't have to resubmit the form/photograph etc, but the second time I had to pay(£10)for it to be reissued. Came through the post the next day so pretty quick.
