Cool 16 birthday party ideas girl

Any ideas for a cool birthday party?

Any ideas for a 16th birthday party theme and decorations for a girl?

Take them to an escape room?

Does she want a themed party? My dd's planned a meal out with friends. I've had nothing to do with any of the arrangements - other than "Yes dd, we can shop for a new dress".

Depending on the teens...my DD and her friends are enjoying the kind of parties they had as little kids! So we've had roller discos, tea parties, but also pizza and sleepovers (playing cards against humanity...) camping parties in gardens also popular in the summer. DD did an escape room for her 15th which was great fun. Absolutely nothing cool or sophisticated! Fun and silly all round.

DD did axe throwing fir her 16th which went down well, also escape rooms in the past. Film and a meal? Paintball or lazer quest? Neither of mine wanted the responsibility /risk of a big party so just wanted low stress, see a few friends , do an activity.
