outrageous mobile phone bill

DD has run up a massive bill; too big to pay off from her allowance for ages. I have done what I can with Orange to prevent this happening again, and we will be having a Big Talk when she gets back from school.

But what suitable punishments should I put in place that are workable? anyone got anything creative to offer? especially anything that doesn't make my life too much of a misery!

Warning here - dd did the same on a contract through Carphone Warehouse. When I phoned to say that we would not be renewing the contract, they suggested another which was more suitable - but ideal as if she went more than £5 over her monthly limit, outgoing calls would be barred.

However - when we received her next bill it was over £100 - and Carphone Warehouse then said that the cut off was not a commitment by them, and they couldn't be held to it!

And they still expect me to pay!!!
