how to talk to my daughter about relationships.

My daughters is just entering her teenage years, and has started to become more invested in boys and other things. How do I talk to her about this and what can I say to raise awareness for her to be safe and avoid mixing with the wrong crowd??

I would watch some of the reality programmes like MAFS where you see how people behave and see who stands up for women. They can be a really good talking point.
