Death anxiety in pre-teen

My 12 year old daughter is really struggling with anxiety about death, her death or her family. It's starting to have an impact on her day to day life, she has a panic attack most days now, cries a lot about it and is often sick from worry.

I help her as much as possible and seem to be able to talk her down from the feelings but it's so distressing seeing her so upset. We've been working through a good workbook I found on Amazon about anxiety together and while it's good when we are reading it she struggles to put the actions into practice.

Can anyone help with advice on what I can do it resources that might help? Thank you

CBT could really help. There may be a wait list but you could call your GP. My local authority does self referral cbt.
